Lower Active Grille Shutter Assembly — Sierra 1500 / Silverado 1500
Complete lower active grille shutter assembly with integrated actuator and motor for the 2019-2024 GMC Sierra 1500 and Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Fits models equipped with 2.7L turbocharged 4-cylinder and 3.0L Duramax inline-6 diesel engines across all trim levels including SLE, SLT, AT4, AT4X, Denali, Denali Ultimate, Elevation, Pro, LT, Custom, High Country, and Trail Boss. The lower grille shutter controls radiator airflow to maintain optimal engine temperature and reduce aerodynamic drag at highway speeds. Common failure symptoms include shutters stuck in the open position, check engine light with codes U0284 or U1510, and reduced fuel economy.
