The serpentine belt-driven standard rotation design ensures proper factory equivalent installation as a direct replacement for ACDelco original equipment part number 252763. The aluminum housing is significantly lighter than cast iron providing reduced rotating mass and improved engine response while maintaining excellent heat dissipation and corrosion resistance making this the preferred choice for performance applications and engine builds.
